These silver-gilt stars evoke the dancerly emotions of the stars painted by Joan Miró and Henri Matisse, two of Laurie Poast's favorite artists that she studied in her art history coursework.

The dark growing over the daylight here in Norway needs the brilliant gilding of these bright little stars, whether on the Christmas tree or in the window. Perhaps you or your friend might be charmed by a little bit of their sweetness and brilliance too.
